Worldwide FedEx and Ferrari Group delivery with address and destination validation.
1. Carriers
FedEx is used for standard delivery. For orders of $20,000 or more, Ferrari Group premium delivery may appear among available methods. Actual availability depends on country, region, postal code, and carrier requirements.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is paid by the buyer. If the carrier requires a manual quote, the interface must clearly state that the cost is confirmed separately and must not present the shipment as free delivery.
3. Unsupported Destinations
If a country, region, or postal code is unsupported by the carrier or shipping rules, payment is blocked and the reason is shown to the customer.
4. Tracking and Insurance
Order tracking is available after shipment. High-value gemstones are insured according to the carrier and shipment terms. Loss or damage claims are handled through the applicable carrier and insurance procedure.
