How data is processed for accounts, orders, security, payment, and delivery.
1. Account and Activity Data
We may process first and last name, email, IP address, registration date and time, last login, login history, device and browser information, account activity, favorites, comparisons, cart activity, and order history.
2. Payment, Shipping, and Support
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own server. To fulfill orders we process payment status, shipping address, recipient name, phone number, carrier and tracking information. Support requests, support history, warnings, violations, and account restriction records may also be retained.
3. Account Deletion and Required Records
Users may request account deletion. Records that must be retained for accounting, receipts, payments, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance may remain after account deletion to the extent required.
4. Email Changes
Email changes are subject to account-security controls. After an email change, a 14-day period may apply before another change is allowed.
